What is suitable time for visit Vaishno devi?

Will it be safe to visit Vaishno Devi Temple in Jammu and Kashmir, later this year?

    yes its safe one of my frnds got bck 2 days before after all..jab maa ka aashirwaad ho to koi khuch nahi bigaad sakta that area is specially provided with secuirity and no one dares to attack there don't worry trust in God and set out.. Jai Mata Di..!! :)

Vaishno Devi Temple is nearer to Jammu city. Kashmir valley ( where the current problems are taking place ) is almost a full day travel away from the temple. I do not foresee any trouble there. Get more information and pilgrimage services at Jammu Railway station area. There is a hugh place run by Vaishno Devi trust where you can stay, too. Offer my prayers to mataji when you go there. Thanks.

Acc. to J & K Minister for Tourism Nawang Rigzin Rigzin Jora, Kashmir is as safe as Mumbai, Delhi or any other part of the country. He said the State is adequately equipped to cater to the rush of tourists this season. So I hope you face no problem there:)
