my dear brahomatvasam is there in tirupati . so there will be very heavy rush. there is no vip darshan on friday saturday and sunday. you just go to tirupati and go to 50 rs special darsan counter which are at opp to railway station, apsrtc bus stand, and at the alipiri the point from where hills start. from this three place you can have a ticket. but see before buy ticketing darshan time at the board when you go to counter . if you get the time as per your wish than buy ticket otherwise do not buy the ticket. now you keep all your luggage at tirupati itself and go to tirumala without wasting your time at tirupati and go to free darshanam line . in this you will be get darshan in maximum 10 to 12 hours after entering in the free darshan complex. you have all facility there do not worry about that. for your other question regarding cure of your wife please have faithin yourself and your god including balaji. i hope she will be cured in very short time. wish you a happy journey.

Don't know if a coach has been added.But i find that tickets r available for III a/c. U can try the site http://www.indianrail.gov.in r sms TA 6345 STARTINGCITY ENDINGCITY JOURNEYDATE TO 676747. Suppose u r starting on 10th oct from Mumbai to Trivandrum u can sms TA 6345 mumbai trivandrum 10 oct.
