How to reach Nasik from Pune by Bus?

Hello, Next week I need to travel to Nasik from Pune by Bus. I'll reach Pune Railway station by train at around 8 PM, then I want to catch a bus around 9-10 PM to reach Nasik by 3 PM. (as there is no direct train to Nasik from Pune). Can someone please guide me how to start from Pune railway station? Thanks, Naresh

Get out of the Pune Railway Station and ask for the ST Bus stand outside railway station, it is very near to the railway station. You may get a connecting ST bus from this stand to Nashik. If it is not available there immediately, then take a rickshaw and go to Shivajinagar Bus stand. It is about 4-5 km away from Pune Railway station. From Shivajinagar ST Bus stand, there are buses for Nashik for every half an hour. It takes about 4 tl 5 hours to reach Nashik by bus.

When you reach pune station as there is no railway from pune to nasik you will catch a bus from Shivajinagar.

There is a very hugh bus depot / bus station adjucent to the Pune railway station. Please go there and enquire with the Controller of the depot. He will provide you all the relevant information about going to Nasik. The buses are run by MSRTC ( popular as ST ). Regular and semi-luxury buses are available. If you wish to travel by buses operated by the private bus companies, most of them are situated just opposite of this ST depot.
