Is July a good month to go to Goa?

Planning a 3 month trip to go goa in feb and looking for accommodation, budget up to 10000 per month?

  • can some pls recommend a pls close to beach, also can you suggest a beach to experience good food, music and drink

    you won't get much for the amount you've budgeted. There are really shabby roach infested apartments for about IRS 7000 a month in Panjim.

why don't you try on of the beach shacks that are on the beach itself....they are very nice and have everything basic you need....a bathroom, big bed, mozzie nets and a fan. here is one example that i saw whilst on holiday in Benaulim, South Goa....it belongs to the people that run the beach shack restaurant and bar....it's really quite a pleasant place to be. http://www.blue-corner-goa.com/index.html you don't have to use this one...but it is an example & there are many around like this....good prices too.

10,000 what? Pounds, dollars, euros,etc? What currency are you budgeting in?

10.000 rupees is only less than £150 ..less than £40 ponds per week !!..say £6 per day food and accommodation....start saving ...i am going soon ...feb ...6 weeks .all travel and hotels paid for ..and taking 140.000 rupee spending money ..and im a bit worried i might run out!!
