H1 B Stamping in Mumbai?
-
Just a little background here: I hold a valid I797 (H1 Approval) since Oct 2007. I am going to Mumbai for H1B stamping this december. I am confused by this question below: " Are you applying for the same class of visa which is currently valid or has expired within the past 12 months?" Would the answer be YES or NO? Please help asap as i need to book my interview date online.. Thanks!!
