What is the best cold climate area to visit to have a great time?

Hi, First take a look at local train route. Plan visits according to local stations. Wherever local station is far away , check for bus routes passing nearby. Decide no. of visits per day and try to complete them on same day. As per my experience, Mumbai companies work till 6.30 or 7.00 evening.
