I don't think there is any picking up point from Mehdipatanam.Do one thing take the bus from either KPHB or ameerpet.By KPHB i mean kukatpally housing board. At Mehdipatnam City Bus station beside Ryuthu Bazaar, you have an APSRTC ticket booking counter. Garuda bus should in all likelihood have a pick up point at this location. I suggest you inquire on the number on the ticket.
