you don't have a direct flight from hyd to darjeeling.The nearest airport in Darjeeling is in Bagdogra near Siliguri, located about 93 km (58 mi) from Darjeeling.u can get many trains or buses from bagdogra and can reach Darjeeling from there.It would be better if u consult some travel agents.

Bagdogra (adjacent to siliguri) is the nearest airport. Then you have to decide how you want to go. You can go by minibus or shared Jeep ( from siliguri). Second option is by toy train. But it will take almost 6 to 7 hr. If you want to see the natural beauty of darjeeling, prefer the second option. You can get mini bus/shared Jeep in Tenzing Norgay bus stand. Near the bus stand,siliguri junction rail station is there. You can get the toy train there .
