How Good Is IIPM?

Which is the affordable and quality accomodation just for an year in or near IIPM New Delhi ?

• Got an offer to do 1 Yr. Exec. course at IIPM New Delhi. Can anyone please suggest me the best accomodation in or near NBCC Plaza, Pushp Vihar, Sector-5, Saket (this is the address where IIPM New Delhi is located). Thanking you in advance & happy 2009.

  What is affordable for you, that is the first question. I know the particular locality of IIPM at NBCC Plaza. I think that the accomodations in that area is likely to be costly. You can try Pushp Vihar, though I don't have much idea of the place, I have heard that many flats are owned by central government employees and while they get transferredd elsewhere they put the flats on rent. Less costly options would be to find an accommodation in Madangir or Khanpur. These areas too are only at a walking distance (~20 min) from IIPM. But you must make sure that your classes will run at that campus. They have got another campus in Chhattarpur where they conduct classes. Your classes might be held in Chhattarpur (my guess). Edit: just a passing thought Saket proper will be way too costly in any case. Once you confirm the location of your classes and get to know that your classes will be held at NBCC Plaza, stick to either Pushp Vihar (sector 4 and 5), or Madangir and Khanpur. Or if classes are to be held at Chhattarpur you can look for accomodations there. They also run free bus service from AIIMS to their college. So you can also opt for any location en route and avail the bus service. Most of the students who take classes at Chhattarpur choose to stay at Katwaria Sarai.
