It seems the journey of a 100-crore-strong population of whole India is just lying there lazy on a single narrow railway-track with few reserved seats. Tatkaal is a service for profitting the touts. It can be replicated for many other trains to ease the load.Reservation system , especially the daily fraud going under the name of 'Tatkal' needs to be overhauled. There are many countries handling comparable size of traffic without such problems. Learning from them and following those measures will surely help.
