Where can I get a valid license to process&pkg flavoured water in PET bottles & 20ltr Jar in TamilNadu, India.?

  • Where can I get a valid license to process & pkg flavoured water in PET bottles & 20ltr Jar in India.(Not ISI)? I want to know is there any organisation or government to issue valid license to process and package Herbal Water or Flavoured water (with added minerals, herbals for taste). I would like to process and sell purified drinking water with added minerals and herbs for taste. Please give informations about some formula to produce Herbal Water or Flavoured water. (I am not interested to go for ISI license (BIS) )
