How to reach shirdi from Bangalore via train?

I am planning to go to shirdi for two days from bangalore. From bangalore there is a train karnatak Express to kopargaon/manmad/ahemadnagar.......But I never get tickets of this train. I have been looking for the tickets of this train since 5 months but it always showing waiting. I cannot travel by bus... Can anyone provide me with the pointers how to reach shirdi via train from bangalore? Suggestions for tours and travels who arrange for trip to shirdi by train are more than appreciable...
