Where To Buy Plants In Bangalore?

Am planning to buy house in Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore.?

• Am planning to buy house in Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore. The builder have the approved layout and he is constructing the house and selling it. But the plan is not approved it seems. This can be approved after some years and that time we need to pay some amount to government. I have confusion to buy that property, my neighbours are telling to check in the bangalore corporation.. But i dont have any contact in bangalore corporation. Please advise.

  if the plan is not approved by government agencies like bda or corporation [bbmp]-------------------how can he construct the house------------it's illegal i smell some fraud in it ----------------------cancel the whole thing---------or you will lose your money to the builder------- if you still want to go ahead and buy it ------------ask some real estate agent in your area or a lawyer---------explain them the whole matter -----------they will guide you --------as they have experience in the field goodluck
