What are the best eateries in Bangalore?

Guys, what are some local eateries I should definitely visit in Bangalore?

  • It'll be my first time visiting the city. Thanks.. ps: I am more interested in the taste of the food than the kind of decor. Although, I would not mind having both! :)

    If you want some south Indian specialties, try MTR. Moreover Idli, Dosas are good. But if you looking for general tasty food, go for Angeethi, Museum Inn, Off MG Road, it has amazing tandoori items and it is made with Dhabba style ambiance, so it will be a novelty for you. There are innumerable good places, but depends on the type of cuisine you are interested in.

Mavali tiffin rooms --> i went there last december and it had some pretty damn good food. I was there with my granddad who studied in bangalore in the 50's and the food has been good since then.
