How about good Ambassador? It was designed for India. Still the Ministers prefers that car. It said that It saved the life Chndrababu Naidu when Naxals bombed his car. Any other car would have been smashed. I do not know why people prefers Imported cars which were designed for those countries?

A toyota pickup in good/mild condition. It depends on you how you see it. Toyota is one of the best car models being made right now, they last longer, have cheaper parts, etc. And there's a lot to go around that you can find a cheap one in no time.
