Problems installing Yahoo! Widgets...?

I have a Mac OS 3.9. According to Yahoo!, I can install it. When I install it, eventually (after following instructions) a window pops up asking me to drag an icon to an Internet Plugin folder. I have done this, what do I do next to run Yahoo! Widgets?

you have done every thing, i just think that your computer is to old to have yahoo widgets you cant really do anything with widgets, i would just forget about them
