I cannot download Yahoo Widgets on my PC -- Can someone help?

I have a toshiba laptop. I had yahoo widgets downloaded before, but after a reformat I can not get it to work. Have tried everything! Disabeled firewalls, anti virus, etc. I am running 32 bit Vista. It seems to download, however when I open the program, it hangs on the Konfabulator agreement, which won't scroll down. It will not shut unless I close it manually with task manager. I never had this problem before. Any help?
