Why can't I add a new city on My Yahoo Weather?

How can I add a city outside US in yahoo Weather?

Yahoo Weather plugin only accepts Zip Code. So I can not add any other city. Is there some way?

CLICK "EDIT" ON THE WEATHER MODULE ON YOUR YAHOO! HOME PAGE...CLICK ON A CONTINENT LISTED UNDER "BROWSE"...CLICK ON THE CITY YOU WANT TO ADD...CLICK "FINISHED".
