Yahoo Real Estate: Photo upload PROBLEM?

  • OMG ! Driving me INsane ! OK -- I am a professional photographer - i have created 4 web sites -- I KNOW how to Upload a photo !! I am now trying to Sell a Property in Yahoo RealEstate. Doing the Description page, Details page - fine. When I get to the Photos page - I do Browse, as usual, sellect the photo I want as my primary photo - it shows the little bar filling in as it uploads it. But when you expect to see the thumbnail of the photo apear.... it doesnt ! Instead this tiny, miniscule little verticle line appears in the window where the thumbnail should be. And I can not get it to show the photo. Have tried ri res, lo res, 72 DPI, trying it the URL way..nothing is working. and, if I proceed thru the steps and then do Review the Ad... same thing. No photo, just this tiny vertical line. What is wrong and how do I fix it? I have Uploaded a zillion photos to the web before -- never seen this problem. Thanks, Going Postal Yahoo user

    This is probably a Yahoo problem. Call 866-562-7219. That is the Customer Support number but it is only for paid services. You paid so you qualify. You should have your money refunded for any days when your photos did not show up. Yahoo Real Estate needs to have a direct link to Tech Support. Yahoo has been doing upgrades to the site for the last 6 weeks. There are many problems (altho none of them are huge). Your uploads are getting caught up in the Yahoo upgrade process. I checked and many users are having trouble uploading photos for the last 2 days.
