I've got an phrase "home for sale by owner in rhinebeck" on my web page, and yet yahoo can't find it.

Perhaps your search criteria are too specific. You need to drill down with more detail. ie. Home for sale by owner rhinebeck new york colonial hot tub river view etc. Also, maybe your web page doesn't have enough detail on it to make it relevant to the search. Maybe your web page hasn't been up for long enough. PS. Post the link to your web page. Rhinebeck is a nice area, maybe I'd be interested in the house.
