How do I list my business in yahoo local in the UK? Only USA addresses appear?

When trying to list my business in Yahoo Local London, I only get the option to give USA phone numbers and addresses

If you are in the UK, you will notice that the listings are different over there than they are in the States. Here's what you need to do: "The business listings on Yahoo! Local are owned and managed by our partner company, Infoserve. You may send your new listing directly to Infoserve by visiting:" http://search.infoserve.com/are_you_listed.asp?action=NoBusinessFound "How long will it take for a business listing to be added, removed or updated? New listings may take up to eight weeks to appear on Yahoo! Local because they must first be verified by our partner, Infoserve. We are working on improving this process and reducing the time that is needed to update the data."
