Answer:
Some sellers list the turn around time payment needs to be received. Always pay for your auctions in 3 days and if it will be longer then that just email the seller to let them know when they can expect payment. mx

It`s usually paid for within a few days, after all,you bought it and the seller will want the cash and the item out of the way.

As a buyer you have upto 7 days to pay for your item, However the seller has agreed a deal with you by using a best offer and has taken there time to deal with you. So you should pay as soon as possible. Best Offer help Page Content follows. Using the Best Offer option If you see the Make Offer button below the Buy it Now price in the listing, the seller accepts Best Offers from buyers. You can negotiate the price with the seller, giving you the opportunity to buy the item at a lower price than the Buy It Now price. The seller can accept, decline, or counteroffer your Best Offer. However, you should only make what you consider to be your "best" offer for the item because any seller who receives multiple offers for an item is likely to accept the highest Best Offer. You should use Best Offer only when you’re serious about purchasing the item, service, or property at your Best Offer price. If your offer is accepted by the seller, you’re obligated to pay for the item, service, or property.

Seller can open a NPB (non paying bidder) at 4 days. So let them know your intentions (another 4 days for it to close- so you have 8 days) Obviously the seller would like paying sooner rather than later, and be shot of the item

some buy it nows require payment straight away, the sellers would prefer payment soon as, you now have 4 days from the item ending to pay otherwise the seller can open an unpaid item case against you, this can result in you receiving an unpaid item strike which can affect your future buying/selling on ebay, it used to be 7 days but they recently changed it to 4 days.
