Help With Ebay Problem?

Help!!Ebay problem.......help.feed back problem?

• Hi, I am a new user of ebay...an i made my first purchase on this item .. http://cgi.ebay.in/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200609439278&ssPageName=ADME:L:OU:IN:1123 The problem is that the seller cancelled the transaction after 2 days...as he wanted a 5star rating.....as i am a new user to ebay i couldnt do that...i have sent him a mail saying that i will feedback after 3 days..Then i cancelled the sellers cancel transaction...does that mean that i wouldn't get my item...or is my money gone.... Please explain this whole thing and the next steps i should do P.s (i have already paid)

  Do you know the reason the seller put down for ebay as to why he needed to "Cancel Transaction"?? They could not have put the 5 star reason down. It is a good thing you denied the request, they were probably trying to get you to cancel and then they send the item but you can't open a case with ebay nor leave feedback. It would have been like both parties agreed to cancel the transaction for whatever reason, so there would be no record of them sending the item and that is considered in outside sale and prohibited on ebay. You can't open a case right now because not enough time has elapsed for you to say you have not received the item. That is a shady seller you are dealing with, but because you denied the request you can still leave feedback. They have to send the item, but this is a tricky case because you are from different countries and there really is no tracking the package. I would request my money back if you can get the phone from somebody else, other than that you have no recourse right now but to ask when your package will be delivered on refund the money. Your money is not gone..after an amount of time you can open a case asking where is your item because you do have ebay buyers protection and paypal. Also they have Very bad feedback about lying on conditions of phone, I think they get away with frauding international..make you wait around 45 days for item, you can't open a case then! Beware
