Should I use regular paper for my coupons?

Coupons and ya after that im lost?

• i dont have a clue about coupons every video i watch tells how to set up a binder i know how to do that and all about the coupon policies but i cant find any coupons on anything i use ive been on krazycouponlady.com, redplumb.com, coupons.com nearly every coupon website i even tried taking a local sales paper and finding coupons to make the sales better no luck i mean can anyone actually help me to find good coupons and get the best savings

  Coupons you want are not available year round. The companies send a limited number of coupons to the sites. Once that number is reached they are gone until next time. That can be weeks away or months away. You never know exactly when a coupon you will want is going to show up again. It's why you have to check often. Sometimes you can find coupons you want in magazines. All You magazine is well known for many coupons. That doesn't mean they will have any you want in the current issue though. Many coupons are seasonal. In the summer months you will find coupons for BBQ sauce and sport drinks. In the winter you will find more for baking. When it's a hundred outside you won't find many coupons for hot coco.
