What is a legitimate seller?

Ebay cancels all sellers items and seller does not respond to purchased item. What do I do?

• I recently bought a jacket on ebay. I paid right away through paypal and the seller accepted. He has a good rating and their were other who previously purchased the same item as me and said they received the item and the seller was reliable. It's been a few days and the seller said they would ship within 2 days. Today, ebay canceled all of the seller's item listed on ebay because: -- The listing doesn't follow eBay guidelines. -- The item isn't allowed on eBay or can only be listed under certain conditions. -- The listing contains pictures or words in it that may have created copyright or trademark issues. I asked the seller about it and there has been no response. What should I do?

  This person was obviously selling counterfeit items. Contact ebay first and let them know about the purchase, then contact paypal - you can call them directly at 1-888-221-1161. The other two happy buyers you saw may be shills to make it look like this seller was selling the real thing. don't forget to leave negative feedback as well, if they are even still on ebay.
