How do I get my refund from Paypal?

How can i get the refund by paypal?

  • actually paypal is still in the investigation when i filed the transaction dispute coz i didnt receive the item i paid for. however ebay says the seller is no longer registered, so what is the use of the resolution center if somehow the seller is on the run or something? so when the time for the investigation is over what will happen next? will paypal give me a full refund?

    You should get an email either from eBay and or Paypal stating they are investigating the dispute.The email should also give you a time frame of when you should hear from them regarding the outcome. If they find in your favor you will get your money back to the Paypal account. If you have any questions, you can always talk to someone live at Paypal, just go to Contact Us and there should be a phone number. The same situation happened to me and I believe it was about 3 weeks after I filled the claim when I got my money back.
