Where can I find cheap medical textbooks?

• I was wondering where I could find quality, yet cheap medical textbooks on anatomy and physiology, pharmacology and any of the major medical school subjects. I will be undergoing my senior year in high school and my passion for medicine cannot be described in words. I understand that medical school is a long and difficult experience for all and I just wanted to "stay ahead of the game." I feel as if I can start reading now, medical school won't be a complete surprise and I can be sort of prepared. I'm committed and dedicated to the long hours that remain ahead for me in order for me to pursue my profession as a physician and hopefully I will be a great internist! I was wondering where I could find books that are in adequate condition for me to read through. Thank you for your help.

  Many colleges/medical colleges have on campus bookstores, where used text books are sold. If the colleges you check out, don't have them, ask if they know where you can buy the used books you are seeking. My son went to college & when he graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice, he sold his books back to the bookstore where he bought them new.
