Ebay: I sold 2 items to one person and he wants m to combine shipping?

Can i combine shipping when items are already sold? How. Please step by step could be great i am new at Ebay. Thanks :)

You can find out the combined shipping fee for the two items and then just send a new invoice. If the items are already paid for you can just send a partial refund through paypal from one of the payments. If the items don't automatically combine on one invoice for you on ebay, just remove the extra shipping costs from one invoice and re-send that invoice - when a buyer purchases more than one item from you ebay automatically puts all items on one invoice page, so when you hit "send invoice" that should happen. In order to send another invoice, just go on your ebay account page to the sold item line, go to the right and click on the printing there, a droplist will appear and "send invoice" will be in that list, click on it and go from there.

Sure, why not. Send email to the buyer agreeing to combine shipping. Or you could ship separately and send a refund for one of the shipping charges. There's probably an FAQ on Ebay for this. Or send Ebay an email asking for advice Hope this helps.
