Ok, i created a paypal account and its unverified. Can you make purchases From unverified accounts? Can you recieve a donation in an unverified account? Is it safe to give your credit card information to paypal???

All answers are yes. But the best thing to do is to go to Pay Pal and have your account verified, I trade eBay all the time and until I had verification done I had a hassle getting my money sent to my account and there are other good reasons to have it done. The trust level goes up for buyers or donors whichever the case may be if you are verified. Purchases go smoother with the verified ones and so do sales, and the money transfer option can be done for any amount at any time all month instead of just $500 a month or whatever their limits are.
