Has anyone ordered from Massnike.com?

Has anyone ever ordered anything from toptvstands.com? its a division of cymax stores. can i trust this site?

• i ordered a tv stand from this site 5 weeks ago. it said that the tv stand will be shipped within 5 to 7 days after i order it and that i will be getting a tracking number in my email but its been 5 weeks and i havn't even gotten a tracking number yet. they already took the money off of my account and when i log into the website to check my status on my order it says that a tracking number is unavaible. i've tried calling them a bunch of times and they keep saying that they are expiriencing higher than normal call volume every time i call and i left them my number to call me back several times and i still have not recieved a call back. has anyone ever ordered anything from this site and did you ever end up getting what you ordered cuz im starting to feel like i got scamed

  The site was opened in 2007. I went thru 5 pages of search engine results without finding one customer review. 5 weeks is too long to wait. Contact your credit card provider and get your money back. If you don't get the stand or the money in 1 week, notify ripoffreport.com, trustpilot.com, sitejabber.com, resellerratings.com, scam.com, scamchecker.com. Sometimes that will get their attention. And it helps to warn others.
