Is amazon a good place to buy one?

i am thinking about buying macbook pro(: i was looking on amazon and they are like $200 cheaper than apple!but the bad thing is it says there used... but its selling from amazon.so im afraid if i buy a macbook from amazon its gonna realky bad and break. should i just go with apple or amazon? also tips on how to ask my mom to let me get a laptop? (i am a very good student if that helps) thanks for all thoughts<3

i would just stick with apple cause you dont want a used laptop that might break down in a month or so' and about your mom' i would say like mom im __ years old im a good student in school i dont give you a hard time i try and listen to you and stuff; lol thats what i did' hope i helped :) good luck!
