Question Regarding Ebay Bidding?

  • My item is really bidding well on eBay and most of the bidders are new members on eBay. So my question, is it a must/mandatory for the winning bidder to pay-up for my amount because he won the bid or can he fake the bid?

    well there is always that odd chance that you'll get a rogue bidder but if they don't pay up fairly quickly you can offer it to the next bidder so you shouldn't lose out.most people are genuine and will come through ok.

well yeah ebay is taken serious because there basically signing a contract when they bid on your item, but if for some reason they don't pay then just report them to ebay and give them a non payment strike.......that's what your suppose to do.you might want to add in the auction that you want only serious bidders to bid, and if they don't plan on paying then don't bid.because when they don't pay then you have to pay more money again to re list the item and all, which is still cheap but to list on ebay it still cost money. and stating in the auction when you expect payment example 24 hours or 3 days, so both sides know the payment deadline and if they don't meet it then....they will get a non payment strike and be reported to ebay and the item will be re listed but to answer the question they cant fake it........once they bid its theres, and they have to pay for it hope i helped Jessica <3
