Some major problem with paypal?

Well I Have A Paypal A/C And There IS One Problem?

• I have a paypal a/c and i am verified ( via bank a/c) but i have a problem i.e Paypal is not allowing me to add Credit Card ( i have 3 Credit Cards) and all 3 of them are refused again and again! I Am Very Much Interested In Buying And Selling On Ebay , Mostly i Buy m when i buy from my country then there is no problem in transaction but when i Buy for Ebay (USA) Then Paypal Asks Me TO Add Card in my A/C and when i put details of card then it Resuses agian and again , i m so fed up! SO I WAS THINKING THAT ISN'T THERE ANY WAY TO CHECK OUT EBAY ITEMS FROM MY BANK A/C LINKED TO PAYPAL?? IF THERE'S THE PLEASE MENTION!!!! ONE MORE THING , AS I DON'T HAVE CREDIT CARD LINKED WILL I BE ABLE TO RECEIVE MONEY FROM SELLING AND ITEM ON EBAY VIA PAYPAL AND WILL I BE ABLE TO TRANSFER THAT AMOUNT TO MY BANK A/C??? PLEASE I WILL BE VERY HELPFUL!

  well first of all i would suggest that you check if your credit cards are fully loaded that your cash limit or credit limit hasn't exceeded the amount that you are buying or that they are working. If not then i think you can only have one form of payment etc you cannot have a bank account and credit card at the same time if you have anymore doubts you should call paypal costumer service instead
