Ebay charge a listing fee if you list an item over 99p, so you have been charged for this listing and you would have been charged for putting it on a buy it now, ebay will charge you a final selling fee also, but you say no one has bid, you can end it early but you wont get a refund, so you may as well leave it and hope someone bids, ebay have only recently started free pictures, before you could only have 1 pic and any more were charged at 12p each, when you list an item look closely at the pages, its near the bottom, it will say how much the listing will cost you, you will be sent a bill from ebay monthly and they will automatically take it from your paypal account or your bank account. Has soon as a person bids on your items ebay take there fee straight away, as well has ebay fees, you also get charged by paypal, ebay are on around 10%, i havent worked paypal out yet but it is simlar, make sure you have a good look at your form before you press to list, thats why most sellers are listing for 99p and under, (so they dont get charged a listing fee) and they charge alot for posting, its all swings and roundabouts on ebay, it can seem a small fee but it all adds up at the end of the day, especially when you have to pay a listing fee and it doesnt sell, its just throwing your money away, really. x
