Help With Ebay Problem?

EBay problem that I can't find help with.?!?

• I recently started using eBay to buy lots of stuff. I am lacealin on eBay I don't sell but I have a buyers rating of over 50 and a turquoise star already. I pay for my items fast and never have any issues. Except once I didnt get pillow cases with a bed set. And once something took forever to ship. Not my fault. But right now I have a huge issue I purchased a few duck-themed items for my friend's birthday. I have everything except a keychain, which is coming. And a bracelet. That is what I am having severe issues with. I won the auction so I went to paypal to pay on my iPhone. It wouldn't go through so I got on my computer and sent the transaction. It was unclaimed for a while so I later cancelled it. Before that I contacted the seller and told them my issues. They told me they didn't have the right email in paypal. I sent the amount to their real email and they recieved it. Yet my eBay still says the item is unpaid for. They have my money but I apparently am not getting my item! They told me they were going to open an unpaid item dispute if I didn't pay, before I did. When I payed, they stopped communicating. It has been. 4 days and still nothing. I have sent about 4 messages. I AM ANGRY!!! I do not know what to do I dont want the item anymore because of all the issues. I want my money back and the purchase cancelled. HELP PLEASE ):

  You open a case for not receiving your item...If it shows in your Paypal transaction history that your payment was completed, and they confirmed that they did get the funds...send that message to ebay including the header (hopefully you 2 were corresponding through ebay messages)..It was their fault in the first place that they had the wrong email address with ebay..And I hope you sent the money as Payment and not personal...Also, you probably went outside of ebay when you paid. So open the case with paypal....So I take it that they sent an email with their correct address for you to pay, because they were suppose to cancel that transaction and relist, that is why it is showing up unpaid...you just sent money to their paypal but the listing on ebay is still considered unpaid...They are trying to be slick and I would make sure to send all messages to paypal when opening a case, especially if it is showing that you paid in your paypal account...I did that once as a seller, the money was unclaimed (because of wrong paypal), I had the buyer reclaim their money, and then I relisted as buy now, and they paid. I could have sent an invoice, but it would not have been linked to ebay (considered an outside sale) but a payment transaction on paypal...So on ebay, it is like you did not pay (hope I am making sense :).... They screwed up...
