Can I use the same paypal account to pay for items on more than 1 ebay account?

I was making an offer on an item and for the price with free shipping but I didn't see the additional details to put in free shipping. I hit the back button, and my offer got submitted and I refracted because that wasn't what I meant to pay. Later on, I decided to just take the guys original offer, so I canceled my other offer because I couldn't get in touch with him and wanted to accept the original offer. ebay said I had made too many offers and couldn't bid. So I just used another ebay account to make the offer which I know he will accept. For payment, I can just use the same paypal account, right? I mean if you had an ebay account, you could use your dad's paypal account to pay if he entered it right?

You sure can. I have 3 ebay accounts & use the one paypal account to pay for all transactions. Checkout like you normally do.
