  Here's how you can tell. Click on an item you'd like to purchase. Then click on "Check out", or whatever wording they're using so you can begin to finalize a purchase. This is where a form will come up. Look at the address line. if it begins with https://xxxxx, it's a legitimate site. That "s" at the end of http, means it's a secure site. In the case of this site, you have to register first before you can get to processing an order. If you have to enter personal information to register, the https should probably be there too, depending on what kind of information is required for registration. You can pick any item to test the process... just not filling out the order form.
