  • I have always wondered how reliable is Ebay? Especially with electronics, how do you make sure something broken and twisted wont appear on your doorstep? Thank you

    Sure, you can file a claim with Paypal / eBay --- but it's just not good manners to that until you've contacted the seller and gave him a chance to make things right.

Ebay is very legit. I've been using it for some years to sell stuff I don't need and also to buy. Before you buy you have to make sure you read the description that it says "New" or "never used" unless you want to buy something broken that says "broken" .. Now if the item says "new" and you receive it broken the item was no as described, in that case you open an ebay case and you explain to them they review the claim and most likely refund your money. So you have nothing to worry about. Its a very legit site and they take complaints and their costumers very serious. Enjoy!

if something broken or twisted dose apear on your doorstep then file a complaint you also use the buyer protection plan you can get your money back i personally don't like selling on ebay for the reason that there are shady buyers on there who will rip the honest sellers off and they basically get something for nothing
