What to do when I received a wrong item on Ebay?

I bought this item from ebay http://img.auctiva.com/imgdata/8/9/0/3/5/3/webimg/329574722_tp.jpg But i received this item http://img.auctiva.com/imgdata/8/9/0/3/5/3/webimg/332432776_tp.jpg I have contacted the seller. He said that he will ship the right item to me and I'll have to ship the wrong item back to him. I have no problem with that. But the thing is he's telling me that I need to pay for the return shipping which I don't agree with. I live in the US but the he's a seller from another country. It was clearly his fault that he sent me the wrong item. So why should I pay for a mistake that he made?
Answer:

You can make a complain on ebay. They will try and figure out that situation. Just go on ebay and click where it says report item. and youll have to explain.
