Ok. Four days ago I ordered a camera with package of attachments. Their stated policy is to not charge before the items are shipped. My order qualified for a free rush shipping by UPS. The transaction payment was processed. That means if they follow their stated policy, it shipped. But I've called twice since then and the person in their shipping department twice promised he would e-mail the tracking number the day of my call. I have not received any e-mail with tracking number. Are they just too busy? Will I get the shipment soon? Will I get my order ever? Stay tuned to this blog for the answer!
