How to get money back from ebay?

• long story short I bought a item off ebay its been about a month since i paid is still processing that's what it said on my ebay account. on my paypal account it said's unclaimed. the seller is new with no feedback ive tried writing her several times with no response. ive tried to open a item not received but it gave me a error saying you can only open one if the transaction is completed. which its isn't until she claims the money im guessing. how do I go about getting my money back will paypal give it back after so many days of the seller not claiming It? I thought about just canceling the payment because she not writing me back and I not received my item,but then ebay would get me on a unpaid and I don't want that.

  i suggest you to call urgently the paypal...i had the same experience and there was a trick in it...once you paid you will not be able to claim it if it is really a fraud..i don't know how it work really,but i recommend you to call paypal now!so you can be sure if it is a fraud or not..
