Fraud using eBay/Paypal - Big time..?

• Buyer on ebay cheated me massively over iMac sale. Pls help I sold one year old iMac for £750 on ebay and said its collection from home only. As soon as he purchased, he came home, checked everything ok and paid through paypal (I checked it reflected in ebay as paid.. and funds added in my paypal account) and let him go with system. Within 5 mins of leaving, he held the money in paypal and requesting for reversal of the funds. In order to stop his reversal, paypal needs a proof of posting such as tracking number to investigate. I have tried hard enough to explain them that the item was from collection from home and he collected from home - all the explanation went to deaf ears. They are saying they need proof. As you know for the items those are collection from home, cannot be provided tracking number or proof of posting. I know that eBay and paypal are interlinked to see the safety of the sellers and buyers. With this confident in mind, I have given him my system. on the other hand all my tries to contact the buyer are going in vain. He is not responding to my texts, calls, emails. I have tried all options but he is not responding. Please someone help me with suggetions. This happened in London. Additional Details Will - Thank you. It looked so accurate and so precise that I didnt even realise how bad it could be. He transfered funds, the moment I was checking he was knocking on the door.. I gave him.. Naskie- He sent me a message through ebay.. is to contact him on his mobile number to arrange a time for pickup.. Then couple of messages on the mobile about address and money being sent. .. Now ebay says.. their system shows it as paid so they dont have anything more to do.. accepting that paypal shouldnt ask you a tracking code as my advert clearly said.. pick up from home only.. but they are not ready to convey this to paypal. Paypal dont want to talk unless I have a tracking number.. I'm devasted.. just want to have some funds so as to bear the expenses of a new born baby at home.. :((( Additional Details He held the amount first within 5 mins of taking the system.. and then contacted paypal saying this is unauthorised payment.. It may sound ridiculous.. but this is what happened and am repenting.. like anything.. Meanwhile I spoke to consumer direct and they suggest me to send on recorded delivery asking him to pay the money in 7 days else I'll be escalating for court claims. I'll be doing this too. But paypal address which gave is unconfirmed. How I can I be sure that its his address? Can I get his real address? Paypal allows the user to have multiple addresses added to his account as he can choose where he wish the post to go. What if he has given the wrong address wantedly? Yes, Paypal said address and ebay address matches.

  I would suggest contacting the police and telling them what happened. They should be able to arrest this guy really. Good luck and just keep contacting paypal and ebay by phone, every day if necessary, until it is straightened out. Ask to speak with supervisors etc.
