Ebay PayPal Dispute Problem- Item not received, please help!?

  • After not receiving an item I had paid a lot of money for I opened up both an ebay and paypal dispute (I have never had this problem before so did not know what to do). I had tried contacting the seller several times but no luck. I should have known though as the seller was new on ebay and only had a few positive feedbacks so my fault. Today I received an email from paypal saying they have closed my case because I opned a case with ebay! Does that mean that I can no longer try to get my money back? Can I get my money back through ebay? What can I do? Please help :( Thanks Dina

    You must open your case with ebay. Once ebay investigates and find fault they will issue the refund. mx

Yes you can claim the money back through ebay. Just contact them and let them know that you have tried to contact the seller several times but no luck. They will refund you the money.

Just let ebay know, and since the seller didnt ever right you back you could right her and tell her that you will be giving her a negative. THat will get her to email u back prob!
