Problems with paypal help?

• Ok so paypal open a case that I was doing fraud that I never did and later on I email them they gave me back my money and now my account is limited and I call them to remove that limitation but the damn machine answer saying my paypal balance and then supposedly they pass me to speak to someone and I hear a clear voice password and then the machine voice says wrong number beeb beeb beeb and the call is over anyone els experience this now also can I get a real number for paypal

It should give you a "Call PayPal Customer Service" link on the RIGHT side. I think you may need to do it yourself, as they may assign different numbers based on things like who you are and where you live.
