Is worldtoptrade.net a legitimate website to order from?

i placed an order with them on yesterday. today i go to check for tracking number to see when to expect my shipment, and can not pull up any information! there is NO details on shipping and when i click on the "contact us ", the page does not come up. clicked on " shipping ", still Nothing comes up! what can i do from here as far as getting my money back. would like to know further if ANY of these overseas websites legit to order from. had similar problem with purse-cheap.com where i ordered purse and wallet and a belt and received a pair of Nike shoes in a nike box with no paper. im still trying to receive the order i placed! i have ordered from vipshoesclothing with no problems!! received my correct order in 3 days, and i was pleased with the appearance of order. all items were in new condition and sent in new packaging. im believing that will be the ONLY website i will use for ordering from here on out!!
