I GOT SCAMMED ON EBAY?!?!?!?
-
I recently purchased these "Dr. dre In-ear tour headphones CONTROL TALK" on ebay for about $100. I rlly wanted these headphones cuz they had "control talk" which is the remote on the headphones to change songs and volume with. After i purchased the item, i realized in the description of the item, it says """Please note that these headphones do not feature control talk""" I GOT SO MAD when i saw this. it crushed me. i got scammed. I NEED my headphones to have Control Talk! I makes things SO MUCH EASIER. i mean, he said in the title that it had control talk but in the description it says it doesn't! FYI i did not recieve the item yet. SEE FOR YOURSELF:: http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170624498263&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT

Answer:
The item was in fact misrepresented. The title clearly stated: TALK CONTROL HEADPHONES. But you should always read the description completely before bidding. Once the item arrives inform the seller you want a full refund when you return the item with tracked shipping. If they do not agree open a dispute. You will win. AFTER the the whole thing is over give proper feedback.

You have not been scammed. The title does not explicitly state that they have or don't have control talk. The description even stated that they don't have control talk. The fault is entirely yours for not reading the description properly and you will not get your money back no mater how hard you try.

This product is totally misrepresented. Open a dispute on ebay against this seller for "item not as described". You may have to return them, but you will get a full refund. And please notice the low feedback rating this seller has and be more careful in the future - never buy from a seller with a rating this low !!!

First of all did you ask them if they were authorized by the company to even sell them? Did you ask where they acquired them? This is why you need to ask all questions from sellers. There are a lot of copies being made and china and us sellers are selling them on the bay and other places for cheap. http://www.aliexpress.com/wholesale?SearchText=dre&CatId=0&page=5

You didn't get scammed. You misread the description. Therefore the only option is to refund it.
