Paypal problems, help?

PAYPAL/EBAY PROBLEMS? Please help!?

• I sold an item over Ebay but I couldn't send it until 5 days later and I mentioned it on my post. When the buyer bought this item, they paid and messaged me about when I was going to send them their package. I told them I couldn't send it until the next following Wednesday and they got mad and issued a ebay dispute towards me AND a paypal dispute. When I logged into paypal I had a -88.98 balance. My sister used the paypal account to make a purchase online (2.98$) but my credit card was charged an extra 88.98 ,but said I sent 2.98 to the buyer. Does this mean paypal automatically refunded the Ebay buyer his money?? Or did paypal just take my money? Because I went on Paypal transaction and the ''Dispute'' is still open and Ebay says I still owe him a refund. Can anyone tell me what's going on??

  Most likely the funds are being held by paypal until the dispute is finalized. Honestly, I would escalate the dispute to a case and refund this buyer, they sound like they won't be happy even when they get the item. You can call paypal at 1-888-221-1161 to make sure this is what they are doing, but normally they hold the funds until the case is resolved one way or another.
