Where can I find cat ears costume accesory? or cow plushie?

• I'm trying to find a unique gift for a friend's who's birthday is coming up on the 15th. She really reminds me of a cat, so I thought I should get her some cat ears to wear around. xD but I have no clue where cuz it's not Halloween anytime soon. Can anyone tell me where to find cat ears at a local store? I don't wanna order online for something like this and it might not ship in time. So any suggestions like Wal-mart or Target? As for the cow plushie, it's this inside joke. My friend's last name is Kao, and in English, is pronounced the same as "cow". Where can I find a place that sells stuffed animal cows? Thanks!

  For the cat ears, try a party shop. they often have little dressups. As for the cow toy, most of your big name places would stock them i.e big W, target etc. just go to the toy section. Otherwise, there is also a toy store. Hope that helped.
