How can I get free coupon inserts?

Help do you get coupons or have extra?

• I live on the Navajo Nation and I am a Native american Indian. I am 26 years old and have two children ages 1 and 3. I go to college for Elementary Education and am going to graduate with an AA next spring semester. My family is always running out of food and I want to help my family with food. I try to get coupons from the coupon ads here but their is always no coupons and we only have one grocery store that is Bashas. They always do not have coupons in the daily newspapers and even on sundays. I was only lucky twice with coupons from my stores newspaper. The next grocery stores are an hour and a half away from here. I try printing but all I can get is two from one computer. So I am asking you if you have or get coupons and if you could send some coupons or even coupon inserts to help me to feed my family for the upcoming months I would really appreciate your help. I want to coupon so badly that that the store always has no coupons here. If you know anyone else that collects coupons please pass the word that I would like to have some coupons to help feed my family. We get foodstamp and it always is never enough to feed my family of four and I would like to help my mom and sisters with food also. Thank you a bunch.

  There are a lot of different sites to print them off of the internet, including, of course, Coupons.com, RedPlum and SmartSource. You can also print coupons off at Target.com. Can you have a local big city newspaper delivered to your home? My local newspaper only carries the RedPlum insert, so I have to get the newspaper from our nearest big city. You can also buy the All You Magazine from Walmart. It always has great coupons. I am going to link to a blog site below which I use to get many good ideas, matchups and even coupons off of Facebook.
