Online shopping question?

i live on the east coast and when a website says that you can start saving money at 12:01 am(black friday) what does that mean for people on the west coast since it would only be 9 at night. like apple for instance they are based in california so does that mean that i would need to go online at 3 because that's when the whole country(most of it) can start shopping.

Well gee whiz! Id never thought about that. All you can do is try it. I know it's 10pm right now and the 198 movies were for online too bit when I went to walmart.com they were not 198.
